My son Chi-kun is 3 years and 10 months old. He has finally been able to potty train and become independent!
He was sensitive to dirty diapers since he was a newborn, so he was able to poop quickly after he turned 1 year old! So I, and everyone around me, expected him to be independent on the toilet quickly. However, it took almost 3 years for him to pee after “pooping independent”.
My son also started using the toilet, and for some reason it happened at the same time as me, so we started fighting over the toilet, which created a new problem (laughs).
But now that he’s completely out of diapers and can go to the toilet on his own, I feel like parenting has become a lot easier.
