Interspace Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we” ) established the following “Mamasta Global Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) in the course of acquiring and using users’ personal data on the “Mamasta” information site for moms and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by the Company and will handle personal data appropriately based on the Policy. In addition, we will comply with this Policy as well as with applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia and will strive to protect personal data in an appropriate manner.

6. Security control measures for personal data

We implement the following security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to ensure the safe management of personal data.

① Establishment of Rules for Handling Personal Data

Maintenance of “Rules for Personal Data Protection” and “Rules for the Protection of Specified Personal Data”

(4) To ensure security when users send personal data through the Service, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer: an industry-standard security function that encrypts information for transmission over the Internet). When a user uses an SSL-compliant browser, the user’s personal data is automatically encrypted before being sent or received.

7. Collection, retention, and processing of individuals under the age of 18

We will not collect, retain, or process personal data of individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected, retained, or processed personal data of an individual under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that personal data.

9. changes to this policy

The Company may change this policy as necessary to comply with laws and regulations. In such cases, the Company will post such changes and the date of the last update on the Service’s website.
