I’m Seina. My husband Kippei and I are raising our two elementary school-aged kids, Daigo and Ran. My sister Sana is chronically ill and frequently in and out of the hospital, yet her husband Rintaro took all their money and ran off with his mistress, leaving her and their two daughters behind. Since she’s currently unable to work, she asked me to raise her girls for her. As an average family, we simply can’t afford to take in two more children on top of our own. After talking it over with my husband, we decided it was best to reach out to Rintaro’s parents first.
