I’m Shinji. I lived with my wife, Suzuko, and our two sons — the four of us together as a family.
Recently, my father passed away, leaving my mother to live alone. Feeling sorry for her loneliness, I agreed to her suggestion that we all move in together.
At first, Suzuko grumbled a bit, but eventually I managed to convince her.
However, even after we started living with my mother, Suzuko’s complaints haven’t stopped.
We’ve already decided to live together, so I really wish she’d just try to get along… It’s giving me a headache.

After my father passed away, my mother asked if we could live together — and I readily agreed.
However, my wife wasn’t so quick to say yes.
When I tried to convince her, she finally said, “Fine, as long as your mother follows the rules,” and came up with three of them.
Still, since we’d be living together as one family, I couldn’t help but feel those rules were unnecessary.
But once we actually started living together, all I heard from Suzuko were complaints.
I do understand that it can be tough having more people in the house, but I really wish she could be a little more accepting.
