Nodoka took the watermelon that was in the fridge without permission.
I was planning to give it to Saya’s friends, so this really bothered me, and my anger towards my sister-in-law started to bubble up. What’s more, instead of apologizing, I was surprised when she just said, “It’s fine if I take the watermelon.”
Shocked by Saya’s tears, my mother-in-law got angry at my sister-in-law, which helped me calm down as well. I’m really happy that my mother-in-law is so kind to Saya.
I hope we can continue living together and maintain a good relationship.
