I’m confident that I can make Yusaku much happier than a daughter-in-law who lacks guts. I’m sure all a daughter-in-law thinks about is what’s easy for herself. In my generation, I would never have dared to tell my mother-in-law not to come. A daughter-in-law who says something like that is really spoiled. I can do everything better than her. It’s well-intentioned and she doesn’t expect anything in return, so why is she telling me to refrain from visiting? I will never tolerate my daughter-in-law talking back!
